CFA Society of Nashville is the leading association of local investment professionals in Nashville, steeped in a rich history spanning nearly half a century. The non-profit organization has been serving the city of Nashville since 1962. As a member society of CFA Institute, CFA Society of Nashville connects its members to a global network of investment professionals that exceeds 86,000 investment professionals in more than 125 countries.
The society regularly hosts social events and luncheons with world-renowned experts covering a range of topics within investment management and financial markets, as well as presentations from public corporations. The society also works to facilitate local career placement and provide assistance in CFA exam preparation, including scholarships and mock exams.
The Mission
The mission of CFA Society of Nashville is to:
- Promote adherence to the highest level of professional standards and ethical conduct within the investment industry;
- Encourage the professional development of its members through the CFA Program and continuing education;
- Facilitate the exchange of information and opinions among people within the investment community; and,
- Increase awareness and understanding of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and investment industry to the public.
